Fedxmeds is a Physician Scheduling Service. You will not find listings of medications within this site. Fedxmeds arranges a consultation appointment for you, with a USA Licensed, Board Certified Physician.
Upon review of your documentation and completion of a telephone consultation, the Physician may choose to issue prescription(s), which will be filled by, and shipped from, a USA Licensed, Board Certified Pharmacy. Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of the consulting Physician, and their decisions are based upon their consultation with you, and the medical records, that you supplied. If your records do not support your claims, the Physician has the right to refuse to prescribe any medication. Our Physicians and regulations require that you must provide medical evidence of your complaint in the form of medical records. You must also print, complete, and return the forms found at the links below, and lastly, you must send a legible copy of your Photo ID. Your documents must be faxed to our TOLL FREE NUMBER 888-522-7364, prior to your consultation appointment. Please include, on the fax, your Full Name and Fedxmeds Patient Number. Please ensure the documents are faxed the correct way up. *** MEDICAL RECORDS MUST BE LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD ***. Please fax medical records and I.D. prior to setting up an appointment with the doctor.
Fedxmeds.com does not sell medications. We offer real time contact with Doctors for medical condition questions.
Please note that we can only accept COD money orders at this time and delivery is by UPS.
