To become a member we will first require some details, such as your full name, address and medical complaint - this might seem like a lot of information but once we have it you can then order your consultations and we only request you enter a valid credit card to pay for the consultation when making your booking.
This information is held securely on our servers and is never shared with 3rd parties.
Membership is FREE!
You are able, at any time, to view your members history or book a consultation.
Booking a Consultation with a Physician
Once you make your choice you will be redirected to our secure server for payment. If the payment passes our strict clearance systems you will receive a booking confirmation email. Remember you have chosen the time the Physician will call. Medication is dispatched from the Pharmacy usually within 24 hours.
Refills
Our system will email you when your refill is due. All you need to do is click the link in the email, log back in and re-book, make sure you have a valid credit card available for the medication fee.
This credit card will be made available to the pharmacy to pay for your medication. All card information is sent using secure pages so at no time is your card at risk. Once the Pharmacy has completed your refill your card details are removed automatically from our system.
